General Management

I was born and live in the city of Buenos Aires and descend from immigrants who relayed to me the value of work and responsibility.

I started my career in the hotel industry, but in 1997 I found my true passion: receptive tourism. I learnt - on the road - that the success of a tourist program requires planning, management and coordination. Also, that clients need true partners in the destination to take care of their reputation and passengers.

As from 2003, I was able to work and see the receptive tourism business from its different perspectives: from the operational aspects to the integral management of the business; from simple operations to complex high-end logistics, incentive trips and large operations of 400 passengers or more.

In 2017 one of my most important experiences began – one that is somehow the seed of the Tracker Outsourcing project - with the focus on the planning and management of tourist logistics.

I graduated with a degree in Tourism from the University of Moron, Buenos Aires, later specializing in project management (Siglo XXI University, Buenos Aires & University of Texas at Arlington, as well as completing courses on human resources and finance at the University of Buenos Aires.

My outlook has always been the same: responsibility, self-improvement, the commitment to the given word and teamwork.
